Providing false information will result in account termination and, where applicable, the relevant authorities may be informed.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jj55 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Available methods may change over time.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit (per method): ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

3.3 Ownership of Funds

All funds deposited into your account are for your own personal use only. Using funds belonging to a third party, or conducting transactions on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, jj55 reserves the right to freeze the account immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Deposits made via methods other than bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer are not eligible for the bonus.
• If fraud is suspected, jj55 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activity on jj55 is conducted fairly and transparently. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error or other exceptional circumstance occurs. All betting outcomes depend on the actual result of the relevant event.

5.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports markets, please keep the following in mind:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time for any reason, the result will be determined according to the applicable rules.
• jj55 will not be held responsible if a bet is delayed during live betting due to network issues.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj55 platform:

• Match fixing or any form of illegal activity.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (arbitrage betting).
• Fraudulent activity or attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

jj55's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier assignment and changes are entirely at jj55's discretion. The cashback amount, process, and criteria may change at any time — advance notice will be given in such cases.

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the jj55 platform — designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of jj55. Reproducing, reprinting, or distributing these materials without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Responsible User Conduct

While using the jj55 platform, you must treat other users with respect. Using abusive, harassing, or threatening language via live chat or any other communication channel is prohibited. Violating this condition will result in account termination.
